Step :1 You first go to the Official Website to access the portal. 


Step :2 You will notice the option of New Register. Here as you scroll down the page, which you must select. 


Step :3 To continue, you will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter your Aadhaar number.


Step :4 Following that, you must enter further information such as your mobile phone number for OTP generating and other related information.


Step 5: If you follow all the procedures correctly, you will soon be registered on Seva Sindhu Portal. 


Seva Sindhu Login Process:

You will be able to view your profile for any service you desire after registering in the portal. You may log in to the seva Sindhu Portal each time you want to use any of the services. To log in to your SevaSindhu account, please follow these instructions.


Step 1: To login, visit the portal at Official Website. 


Step 2: Choose the Registered Users option, click here, after which you will be redirected to the login page.


Step 3: You can provide your registered email address or registered mobile number for login ID.


Step 4: If you're logged in using your email address, enter your password; if you're logged in with your phone, enter the OTP you received.

Step 1: View the Official Website portal of Seva Sindhu. 


Step 2: On the homepage, there is a tab for departments and services that you should select.


Step 3: A list of available services appears in front of you, and you can move through the pages to see all of the services.

Seva Sindhu Application Status 

If you have already requested a service, you can check the status of your request to see how far your request has progressed.  You can check the status of your application by following these steps.


Step 1: Go to the same page from which you registered or logged into the portal.


Step 2: Select on the tab to check the status of your application.


Step 3: You can check the status of your application in two ways: by using the application reference number or by entering your OTP.


Step 4: If you chose the application reference number option, you must provide the application number you received after applying for the service.


Step 5: Following that, you must specify the application's submission date or delivery date.


Step 6: To get your status, enter the captcha code and click Submit.


Step 7 : Now, If you chose the second option, through OTP, you must first choose the service for which you applied.


Step 8 : Enter the captcha code and click the submit button. 


Step 9 : On the next page, you must choose between two options: through OTP or through Application Details.


Step 10: After selecting any option, you have to provide your registered mobile number or email address and submit it to get the application status. 


Seva Sindhu-Service Centers

Sindhutva Pramana Patra - Seva Sindhu

Seva Sindhu - Apply For Family ID/New NPHH (APL) Ration Card

Citizens of Karnataka can apply for a Family ID or a Ration Card through the Seva Sindhu portal to receive various benefits. This facility is made available to the state's needy citizens. In order to apply for the facility, the user must complete the following steps.


Step 1: Navigate to the portal, scroll down, and select the link Application for Family ID/New NPHH (APL) Ration Card.


Step 2: On the new page that appears, carefully read the instructions and begin filling out the form.


Step 3: You must first provide your details, which include your Aadhar number, mobile number, name, and an image.


Step 4: To add additional members, select Add Family Member and fill in the necessary information for them as well.


Step 5: Next, enter your address information into the provided dropdown menu.
